DIET AND LIFESTYLE
Please look at our guidance of intermittent fasting and low carbohydrate diets. We start with simple recipes for replacing high carb potato with low carb cauliflower.
These are simple recipes to watch not read and we even have some local twin five year old busy in the kitchen!
We are planning to get the Brownies busy on cauliflower rice along with bubble and squeak soon and will post that in January.
Every step counts so just try to move in the right direction. Our experience is that as the weight starts to come off, patients become harder on themselves and keen to lose more because they are starting to feel better.
Go on - give it a go. Delicious home cooking is here!
