If you need to see or speak with a doctor but, for medical reasons, cannot attend the surgery, please inform care navigation when initially contacting the surgery. The clinician who will be visiting will contact you to arrange the most convenient time to visit.

Out of Practice Area Registration

A new patient registration arrangement was introduced from January 2015 that gives us the ability to accept patients who live outside the practice area without the obligation to provide home visits.
